Judgment
At the very outset, Sri Pramod Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application wherein the challenge has been raised in Misc. Case no. 62/12 of 2018 (Chandra Prakash v. Mahesh Chandra and others), arising out of Criminal Revision No. 29 of 2018, under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., police station Hathras Gate, District Hathras.
Learned AGA has no objection to the same.
