Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed a case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. for maintenance on 18.11.2019 before Principal Judge, Family Court, Mirzapur as Case Crime No.510 of 2019 (Vidyawati@ Neha Prajapati Vs. Braj Kishor). However, the case was pending for a long time due to non-appearnace of opposite party/respondent. The opposite party appeared in the said case on 05.05.2022 and filed a Vakalatnama, however no hearing could be done in the matter till date and no order, in the said maintenance case, has been passed in spite of lapse of period of 3 years. As the prayer made in the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the same is dispose of with a direction to Principal Judge, Mirzapur to expedite the hearing of the Case No. 510 of 2019 in (Vidyawati@ Neha Prajapati Vs. Braj Kishor) and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within 6 months, provided, there is no legal impediment. In view of the above observations, the petition is disposed of.
