He has requested on instructions to permit the applicant- Mahipal to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application with a liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar. He has requested to direct the District and Sessions Judge, Haridwar to decide the anticipatory bail application of the applicant, who will file the said application
