The appeal has been filed against the impugned Judgment and award dated 23-5-1990 of MACT (IIIrd Additional District Judge), Nainital in Motor Accident Claim No. 175 of 1988 Smt. Meena Kanyal Vs. Kanta Devi passed under Section 92A whereby the amount of Rs. 15,000/- has been granted as an interim award. Learned Additional District Judge, Nainital has finally decided the MACT case. The First appeal from order has been filed under Section 110 Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 and against the award appeal has been preferred by the Insurance Company before this Court.
