12. The appeal from order is partly allowed. The impugned judgment and award dated 04.05.2023 passed by the learned Tribunal is modified to the extent that the compensation amount stands reduced to ₹49,49,744/- with interest at the same rate as awarded by the Tribunal. The appellant/Insurance Company 7 shall deposit the modified amount with accrued interest before the Tribunal within eight weeks from today.
