Reorganization Act 2000, from Allahabad High Court, offence is said to have been District committed within the limits of Mainpuri, as such, the Registry is directed to send record of this appeal alongwith the lower court record to the Allahabad High Court so that the appeal may be decided with the Criminal Appeal No. 1424 of 2000 filed by co-accused Jaipal Singh, before said court. 07-09-2012 NP (P.C.Pant,J.)
