Mr. Sachin Veer Singh, learned counsel for Respondent no.2. 4. Present criminal appeal has been filed by the appellant under Section 347 of Cr.P.C. alongwith compounding application, which is paper no.37 and the same is supported with the affidavits of appellant and respondent no.2 wherein signatures have been annexed. 5. Appellant as well as respondent no.2 are present in the Court. They are duly identified by their respective counsel. this criminal appeal, 6. appellant has sought setting aside of judgment and order dated 03.05.2024 passed by learned Special Session Judge (SC/ST Act) Pithoragarh in S.S.T.
