This is the writ petition, which is liable to be dismissed at the very threshold. The petitioner has prayed that he may be allowed to cast vote in a private club i.e. a Press Club. Such a prayer cannot be granted by this Court in a writ petition. No public law remedy is available to the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the grievance he is agitating in the present writ petition.
