9. This Court finds som e subst ance in t he subm ission m ade by learned counsel for t he pet it ioners. There is am biguit y in t he I nform at ion Brochure, as it does not clearly indicat e t hat anyone who has not qualified UET will not be ent it led t o adm ission. I nform at ion Brochure sim ply invit es applicat ions for appearing in a UET for Academ ic Session 2024- 25.
