The applicant has applied for bail in case crime no. 20 of 2004-2005, U/Ss 2, 9, 39, 43, 44, 48, 49, 51 & 57 Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, Police Station – Ramnagar, District – Nainital. Heard Sri Nand Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant, learned Addl. G.A. and perused the record. The applicant is in jail since 12.01.2005 and learned A.G.A. could not show any criminal history of the applicants. Having considered aforesaid circumstances, I think it is just and proper to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Let the applicants Suresh be released on bail on executing their personal bond and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of J.M., Ramnagar. March 30, 2005 Shiv (B.C.
