By means of this petition moved under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioners have sought quashing of the First Information Report dated 22.08.2011, registered as Crime No. 112 of 2011, relating to offences punishable under section 147, 148, 452, 323, 504 and 506 of I.P.C, Police Station Pathari, District Hardwar. Factual plea of innocence has been taken in the writ petition which can not be examined by this court in its writ jurisdiction. Having considered submissions of learned counsel for the parties, and after going through the papers on record, without expressing any opinion as to final merits in the matter, this writ petition is summarily dismissed with the observation that if the petitioners namely Majid, Hussain Ahmad, Nasir Ahmad, Nasim Ahmad, Mustkim and the court Anwar surrender before concerned, their bail application shall be heard and disposed of without unreasonable delay.
