Sri Manish Arora, learned counsel for the petitioner. Mrs. Mamta Bisht, learned counsel for the respondent. Dated May 17, 2007. Hon’ble B.S.Verma, J. This writ petition has been filed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 26-10-2005 (contained as Annexure No. 4) and representation dated 30-4-2007 (contained as Annexure No.6). By a perusal of the so-called representation dated 26- 10-2005, it reveals that the petitioner wants to know how the surcharge of certain amount is included in the alleged demand notice. Same prayer has been made in the application dated 30-4- 2007 by the petitioner. If the petitioner wants to know some information from the respondent-authority concerned, he may apply under the Right to Information Act, 2005 in accordance with law. With the above observation, the writ petition is dismissed in limine. All applications stand disposed of. RCP (B.S.Verma, J.)
