JUSTICE ARINDAM LODH Order 07/11/2022 Heard Mr. Raju Datta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Sarma, learned Addl. G.A appearing for the respondents-State. Mr. Datta, learned counsel has submitted that the petitioner on 11.02.2022 has submitted an application under Section 187 of TLR & LR Act, 1960 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, but, till today no notice has been issued upon the private respondents. In view of this, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Sadar to issue notices upon the respondents namely, Sri Sudip Dhar (respondent (respondent no.5) and Sri Nimai no.4), Sri Ajoy Sinha Kar(respondent no.6) within a period of 2(two) weeks from today and thereby proceed in accordance with law. With the aforesaid direction, the instant writ petition stands disposed. Snigdha JUDGE
