This is an application filed by under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 for passing necessary order for releasing the deposited amount lying with the Registry which was deposited by the Magma HDI, General Insurance Company Limited. Upon hearing the submissions made at the Bar and on consideration of the averments made in the application, this Court is of the view that the averments made in the application are self-explanatory and thus, the applicant permitted to withdraw the entitled amount as per procedure.
