This is an application filed under Section 151 CPC for a direction for withdrawing the amount deposited by the respondent-insurance company in connection with MAC App. 47 of 2024. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is in urgent need of money, hence, release of the deposited amount is urgently required. I have gone through the contentions made in the instant application, which is found to be satisfactory. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to withdraw the deposited amount as per procedure.
