By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks to reopen the merits of an enquiry and the order passed in disciplinary action on the ground that in a subsequent decision of this Court in the case of Miss Seema Jain Vs. The Rajasthan High Court & Anr. (D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10126/2016, decided on

07.07.2023), it has been held that issuance of charge-sheet was bad in law.

We are of the view that insofar as the case of the petitioner is concerned, the same stands concluded as the writ petition was [2025:RJ-JP:329-DB] (2 of 2) [CW-16697/2024] dismissed and the SLP filed before the Hon’ble Supreme Court was also dismissed. Even review petition and curative petition have also been dismissed. Therefore, this petition is not maintainable.
