In view of the nature of prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and an order of this Court dated 02.02.2024 passed in the case of Pawan Meena versus The State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.1665/2024, these writ petitions are disposed of in following terms without issuing notice to the respondents: (1) The petitioners are at liberty to file representation(s) with the respondents for redressal of their grievance(s) within a period of four weeks from today. (2) The respondents shall pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt taking into consideration the order/judgment of this Court dated 18.07.2018 passed in the case of Nand Kishore Sharma (supra) with communication of the decision to them.
