2. Heard learned counsel for the appellants. These appeals have been filed by the appellants challenging the order dated 20.11.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court.

3. Admittedly, the advertisement in question was issued on

31.08.2020. The said advertisement was issued for appointment on the post of Community Health Officer for a period of three years that too on contractual basis.

4. In our considered view, by efflux of time, these writ appeals have become infructuous as the period of appointment in question was only for a period of three years.

5. In that view of the matter, no case is made out for interference by this Court.
