1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the instant matter is based on akin factual matrix as that in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11747/2025 titled as M/s Shree Radhay Transport Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. decided on

20.08.2025.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has acknowledged the above stated fact and submitted that the instant matter can be decided in light of directions passed in M/s Shree Radhay Transport (supra).

3. Considering the facts and circumstances, with consent of respective sides, this Court deems it apposite to dispose of the instant matters in light of M/s Shree Radhay Transport (supra). The ratio passed therein shall be made equally applicable qua the petitioners herein.

4. Audience with respect to the same shall be provided as under:

4.1. For the revocation in question it is made clear that the same shall be effective subject to a condition that the petitioners along [2025:RJ-JP:34866] (6 of 6) [CW-13067/2025] with their counsel concerned shall report to/before the notice issuing authorities on 08.09.2025 preferably in between 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

4.2. Thereafter due reply be filed within a period of 15 days i.e. by 23.09.2025.

4.3. Audience in this regard will be provided by the competent authority on 03.10.2025. Adjudication of the same be carried out thereafter within a period of 15 days i.e. 17.10.2025.
