Learned counsels appearing for the parties are in complete agreement that the issues involved in the above writ [2025:RJ-JP:35361] (5 of 5) [CW-13138/2024] petitions are covered by order dated 20.10.2023 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur wherein following directions have been given:- "Consequently, the writ petitions filed by the petitioners are allowed. Clause (11) indicated in the orders of appointment restricting the relieving the petitioners, is quashed and set aside. The respondents are directed to relieve the petitioners from their present positions and permit them to join at the place(s) where they have been provided appointment by the said orders."
2. It has also been informed that the aforesaid judgment dated 20.10.2023 passed in the case of Vikram Singh & Anr. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., has been challenged by the State Government, by way of filing number of D.B. Special Appeals (Writ) by D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.53/2024, State of Rajasthan & Ors. Vs. Vikram Singh & Anr., and all such appeals have been dismissed vide order dated 05.03.2024.

In view of above consensus between learned counsels for the parties, the instant writ petitions are allowed in the light of above judgment dated 20.10.2023 passed in the case of Vikram Singh (supra) and Clause 4 indicated in the orders of appointment restricting to relieve the petitioners is hereby quashed and set aside.
4. The respondents are directed to relieve the petitioners from their present positions and permit them to join at the place(s), where they have been provided appointment by the orders in question.
