BY THE COURT: Learned counsel submits that petitioner would be satisfied if he is given liberty to submit a representation to inspect his OMR Sheet and answer key in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Central Board of Secondary Education & Anr. Vs. Aditya Bandopadhyay & Ors. in Civil Appeal No.6454/2011 decided on 09.08.2011, but then the respondents may be directed to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner. With the aforesaid, the writ petition may be disposed of. In view of prayer aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. If any representation is S.B. Public Service Commission & Anr. 2 submitted by the petitioner, the respondents are expected to consider and decide the same in the light of the judgment of the Hon'ble Apex Court referred to above within a period of one month from the date of submission of representation as well as certified copy of this order.
