Civil Writ Petition No.9505/2025:- Although, it is prayed in the writ petition that the orders impugned dated 07.05.2025 and 31.05.2025 dispensing with services of the petitioners, the pharmacists appointed on urgent temporary basis, be quashed and set aside; but, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they would feel contended if they are permitted to submit representation(s) with the respondents to consider their case in the light of an order of a coordinate Bench [2025:RJ-JP:24849] (3 of 5) [CW-9505/2025] of this Court dated 27.05.2025 passed in the case of Kaushik Kumar Pandya & Ors. versus State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.11074/2025. In the case of Kaushik Kumar Pandya & Ors. (supra), this Court observed as under:- “Be that as it may, the petitioners may file their representation(s) with the concerned Chief Medical and Health Officers for redressal of their grievances. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court deems it appropriate to direct respondents consider engagement/continuous of the petitioners on the post of Pharmacist, in case they feel that the services of the petitioners are required by them. The present writ petitions stand disposed of, accordingly. The stay applications also stand disposed of, accordingly.” Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and an order of a coordinate Bench of this Court dated 02.02.2024 passed in the case of Pawan Meena versus The State of Rajasthan & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.1665/2024, this writ petition is disposed of in following terms without issuing notices to the respondents:-
1. The petitioners are at liberty to submit representation(s) with the respondents for redressal of their grievance(s) within a period of four weeks from today. [2025:RJ-JP:24849] (4 of 5) [CW-9505/2025]
2. The respondents are directed to consider the representation(s) within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt in the light of observation made by a coordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Kaushik Kumar Pandya & Ors.
