Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Perused the impugned orders Annexures 3 and 5. In the facts and circumstances since the court below has dismissed the application for temporary injunction on merits not finding any prima facie case I find no good reason to interfere in the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
