HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR. ARUN MISHRA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN-I Mr.Anil Kumar Sharma for the appellant. Interlocutory order dated 21.11.2011 passed by the Single Bench in Civil Writ Petition No.12723/2011 has been questioned. It was submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the workman would be reinstated within a period of one month from that day at the place where the work is available. Order of reinstatement has been passed by the Single Bench on the basis of statement made by counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant. The back-wages have already been stayed by Single Bench. We find no ground to interfere in the interlocutory order. Resultantly, the appeal is dismissed. Stay application is also dismissed. (NARENDRA KUMAR JAIN-I),J. (ARUN MISHRA),C.J.
