This is a petition for grant of letter of administration/probate under section 276 & 300 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925. District Judge has also been conferred jurisdiction to grant letter of administration/probate. Therefore, petitioner is directed to file probate petition before the concerned District Judge having jurisdiction of the same. Accordingly, this petition is disposed off. (J.R. Goyal),J.
