Gill, for respondent No.1 *** Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties. As per the compromise, the respondent No.1 has made the payment of outstanding dues to the accused petitioner and the accused petitioner has transferred the truck in the name of respondent No.1. Hence, the accused petitioner wants to withdraw this petition. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. [S.S. KOTHARI], J.
