Mr.Sanjay Mehla, Public Prosecutor. ***** The parole application of the accused petitioner was rejected by the Parole Advisory Committee on finding that the address which has been given by the accused is not correct and his family is not residing at the said address. In this petition, the petitioner has disclosed that his parents have shifted to a different location in the city of Ajmer itself and that now on being released on parole will be residing at the address; C/o Munna Lal Gupta, resident of 412/2, Sindal Bhawan, Khari Kui, Loha Khan, Ajmer, District Ajmer. This petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner may submit a fresh application to the authorities for consideration of the grant of first regular parole giving the correct particulars, as required and on submission of the same, shall be considered and decided in accordance with law.
