25.3.2009. S.B. CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.227/2007 Manju Devi & Ors. Vs. Ladu Ram & Ors. HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DALIP SINGH Shri Sudesh Bansal, for the petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. I have perused the impugned order passed by the Executing Court. I find that the learned executing court has given just and cogent reason for refusing to pass any order in favour of the petitioner as the petitioner has failed to make out any case in his favour and no details regarding the facts on which the application is based were brought before the executing court in support of the allegations. In the facts and circumstances the impugned order calls for no interference. This revision petition is accordingly dismissed. (DALIP SINGH),J. Ramchandrkhatri, PS
