The instant writ petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 17.03.2025 passed by the Board of Revenue (hereinafter referred to as “the Board”) by which the transfer application submitted by the petitioner under Section 233 of the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955 has been rejected.
Learned counsel for the respondents apprised this Court that after passing of the aforesaid order, one more transfer application has been submitted by the petitioner before the Board seeking transfer of the pending appeal before any Appellate Authority. Counsel submits that the next date fixed in the said transfer application is of tomorrow, i.e., on 23.04.2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the instant writ petition while granting liberty to press the successive transfer application submitted by the petitioner before the Board on its merits.
Keeping in view the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioner may press his successive transfer application before the Board and the Board is expected to pass a reasoned and speaking order, on the basis of the arguments of both the sides.
