HON'BLE Mr. JUSTICE ASHOK PARIHAR HON'BLE Mr. JUSTICE K.S. CHAUDHARI Mr. B.S. Chandel, Dy.GC, for appellants. Mr. Ajay Gupta, for respondent. BY THE COURT: The Labour Court vide award dated 15.3.2001 while holding termination of services of respondent No.2, the concerned workman, as illegal and unjustified ordered for his reinstatement without backwages. The above award passed by the Labou Court has further been affirmed by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 8.7.2002. After hearing learned counsel for the parties, we have carefully gone through the material on record. On the basis of finding of fact since after due consideration proper discretion has already been used by the Labour Court as also the learned Single Judge, in the facts and circumstances, we find no ground for any further interference.
