Although, pursuant to order of this Court dated 19.02.2025, an affidavit of Shri Kuldeep Ranka, the Additional Chief Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, Government of Rajasthan has been filed; but, it does not touch to core issue, i.e., reason as to why the benefit of judgment dated 22.11.2024 passed by this Court in the case of Swami Vivekanand Teacher Training College versus Director, Government of Rajasthan, Department of Social Justice and Empowerment & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.17598/2024 is not extended to the similarly situated institutions. However, these civil writ petitions are disposed of in following terms as agreed and requested by the learned counsels for the respective parties:- (i) The order(s) impugned are quashed and set aside as withdrawn by the respondents qua the petitioners-institutions. (ii) The respondents are at liberty to proceed afresh against the petitioners-institutions following the principles of natural justice. It is made clear that benefit of this order would be extended to all similarly situated institutions and they shall not be compelled to approach this Court for this relief. .
