HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE G.S.SARRAF Mr.Kamlesh Pareek for petitioners. Mr.B.K.Sharma, P.P. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material placed before me. Injured Pappu has suffered as many as 7 injuries, out of which two injuries are on the head. His 9th and 10th ribs of the left side of the chest have also been fractured. There are other injured persons who have suffered simple and grievous injuries. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the record, more particularly, the statements of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.
