1. Since common question of law and facts are involved in these petitions, hence, this Court deems it just and proper to decide all these matters together by this common order.
2. For the sake convenience, the facts and the prayer mentioned in SB Civil Writ Petition No.11691/2010 has been taken into consideration.
3. By way of filing these writ petitions, the petitioners are seeking direction against the respondents not to insist them (5 of 5) [CW-11691/2010] to submit fresh contract and direct the respondents to pay them regular pay scale for the post of Gram Rojgar Sahayak.
4. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent-State apprised this Court that during pendency of this petition, the petitioners-Seema Devi, Sanjay Singhal and Sanjo Kumari and Uamlesh Kumari have left the job and abandoned the services. Counsel submits that one of the petitioner Sanjo Kumari has expired and rest of the petitioners have been granted permanent status and now, they are getting regular pay scale. Counsel submits that detailed charts in this regard have been prepared by the Block Development Officer, Panchayat Samiti Weir, District Bharatpur. The charts prepared by the Block Development Officer are ordered to be retained on the record.
5. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, now no cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with these petitions, as the relief sought by them has already been granted by granting them permanent status. Therefore, under these changed circumstances, all these writ petitions have become infructuous.
6. Accordingly, all the instant writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay applications and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/95,96 and 98
