1. By way of filing of these petitions, a prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents to not compel the petitioners to execute an agreement of new format and not to deprive them the benefits of service.

2. Though, an interim order was passed by this Court on

25.02.2011 by which the respondents were restrained from passing of prejudicial order against the interest of the petitioners on account of non-fulfillment of the conditions referred to in their communication dated 19.02.2010.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents has apprised this Court that after 2011, the petitioners are not working in their office and they have abandoned their services, hence, under these circumstances, no further cause of action survives with the petitioners to continue with these petitions, hence, under these circumstances, these petitions have become infructuous.

4. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, all three writ petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. The stay applications and all pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.

5. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to move application for revival of these petitions and recall of this order, in case, any grievance still survives. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J KuD/109-111
