Judgment
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K.S. RATHORE Mr. K.J. Mehta for the applicant/petitioner. Mr. B.S. Chhaba, Public Prosecutor for the State. **** Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner on the transfer application. The present transfer application under Section 407 Cr.P.c. read with Section 219 Cr.P.C. is directed against the order impugned dated
11.06.2008 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Jaipur City, Jaipur, by which the application of the petitioner for transferring the case to the Court where another 3 cases filed by the petitioner are pending, has been rejected. I have heard rival submissions of the respective parties and carefully gone through the impugned order dated 11.06.2008. District & Sessions Judge, Jaipur City, Jaipur vide his order dated 11.06.2008 while rejecting the application of the petitioner has observed that all the cases are different in nature and are not necessarily to be heard and decided by the same Court. [2] I do not find any illegality or error in the impugned order dated 11.06.2008 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Jaipur City, Jaipur rejecting the transfer application of the petitioner. Consequently, the present criminal misc. transfer application fails and the same is hereby dismissed. /KKC/ (K.S. RATHORE),J.
