1. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitions are squarely covered by dictum passed in SBCWP No.17142/2024 titled as Timan Singh and Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors., wherein Judgment of Amar Singh & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. passed in SBCWP No.3873/2019 decided on 12.11.2024 was considered.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents has not refuted the said facts.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the instant case, this Court deems it apposite to allow these writ petitions in light of dictum encapsulated in Amar Singh (supra).
