As per the aforesaid report, the case of the petitioner was considered and finds mention at the S.No.8 wherein it has clearly been stated that the case of the petitioner has been deferred and is pending since the report from the Social Welfare Department, Agra has not been received. In that view of the matter, this petition is premature. The respondents are directed to expedite the process of obtaining the report from the concerned authority and decide the case of the petitioner expeditiously.
