O R D E R S.B.CR.MISC.BAIL APPLICATION NO.5547/2010. Shriphool Vs. State of Rajasthan Date of order : 23/6/2010. HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE MOHAMMAD RAFIQ VJ Shri Nawab Ali Rathore for the petitioner. Shri Mahendra Meena PP for State. ****** Upon hearing learned counsel for parties and perusing the material available on record, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. However, he would be at liberty to apply for grant of bail soon after the challan is filed, before the court below itself. This bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in FIR No.123/2010 registered at PS Bamanwas, District Sawaimadhopur for offence u/Ss.143, 341, 323 and 326 IPC is therefore dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
