Judgment

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SHIV KUMAR SHARMA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GUMAN SINGH Shri Rajendra Prasad, for the appellant. None present for the respondents. BY THE COURT : (ORAL) Heard learned counsel for the appellant. Admittedly, the land in dispute was entered as “Gair Mumkin Pokhar” in the revenue record. The 'Pokhar' land is a public land and its allotment is prohibited under the Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955. Learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition holding that the land could not have been allotted to the appellant. We see no infirmity in the order of the learned Single Judge. The appeal being devoid of merit, stands dismissed without any order as to costs. (Guman Singh), J. (Shiv Kumar Sharma), J. Chauhan/
