1. In this batch of writ petitions, writ petitioners were appointed on the post of Teacher Grade III and they were assigned additional charge to work as Block Coordinators to assist in the Navbharat Literacy Program, under the order dated 21.12.2022.

2. Later on, their additional charge has been withdrawn by the Government and same has been assigned to other persons and [2025:RJ-JP:21446] (5 of 5) [CW-2070/2025] petitioners have been relived to join at their principal post i.e. Teacher Grade III at their respective places.

3. Having heard the counsel for petitioners at length, this Court does find any legal issue to be adjudicated within scope of judicial review and the counsel for petitioners, having instructions from petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petitions, in order to join on the principal post.

4. Additional Advocate General appearing on behalf of State has no objection.

5. In view of above, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
