Learned counsel contends that five appeals were decided by the Tax Board by common order dated
1.8.1998 and would like to ascertain as to other identical appeals against the self same order of the Tax Board. The Registry may also inform about the fate of other four appeals which were decided by the Tax Board on 1.8.1998 whether pending with the court or disposed of.
