1. Learned counsel for the petitioners have submitted that present bunch of matters pertain to appointment/recruitment on the post of Nursing Officer, 2023. It is submitted that results of the petitioners are withheld on account of various reasons like re- verification etc. Further, it is submitted that petitioners are otherwise due and eligible on merit but on one account or other reason, candidature of the petitioners is not considered.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents under instructions has submitted that on the basis of material on record, if any representation is filed within a period of 7 days from today before the Nodal Officer (Recruitment Nursing Officer, 2023) i.e. Joint Director, Medical and Health Department, Jaipur and same be considered and after verification, appropriate order will be passed thereafter within a period of three weeks as upper limit. It is further submitted that if petitioners find place on merit, after verification and are successful, consequential benefits in accordance with advertisement and in accordance with Rules, will be given.

4. Heard and considered. Considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the parties, upon assiduous scanning of the records, this Court has made the following observations:-

4.1 That petitioners will be at liberty to file their representation within a period of 7 working days after passing of the order. [2025:RJ-JP:15549] (8 of 8) [CW-1025/2025]

4.2 That on the basis of available records, representation, if filed before the Nodal Officer (Recruitment Nursing Officer, 2023),the verification be carried out and the same be decided within a period of three weeks, thereafter.

4.3 If petitioners are found successful, consequential result of the selection process will flow qua them also and if rejection order is passed, petitioners may approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
