Since, all these writ petitions share similar facts and common question(s) of law, they have been heard together and are being disposed of vide this common order. Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted a copy of the letter dated 03.02.2025 issued by the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Division Sikandra (Dausa) for perusal of this Court. Referring to the aforesaid letter, learned counsel for the respondents submits that they are withdrawing the impugned public notice published in the daily newspaper dated 12.01.2025. He, however, submits that they may be permitted to initiate the [2025:RJ-JP:5187] (6 of 6) [CW-2096/2025] action afresh in accordance with the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. Learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. In view thereof, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms that the public notice dated 12.01.2025 is quashed and set aside as withdrawn.
