HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE DALIP SINGH Mr.Gordhan Jeswani on behalf of Mr.R.S.Sharma, for the petitioner. Mr.B.C.Rawat, for the respondents. ***** Learned counsel for the parties are not in a position to state as to whether the claim case filed in respect of the accident which took place on 01.06.1998 has already been decided or not. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the claim petition itself has not been decided so far, the same may be decided within a period of six months of furnishing of the certified copy of this order. The dismissal of this writ petition shall not be construed as any expression of opinion regarding the correctness or otherwise of the order passed by the learned trial court while deciding the application under Section 140 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988. Subject to the above, the writ petition as well as the stay application stand disposed of. Solanki DS, Jr.P.A. (DALIP SINGH),J.
