These petitions are filed assailing the impugned advertisement No.11/2022, dated 01.11.2022 for the post of Community Health Officer (Contractual), 2022, and the consequential proceedings initiated thereto. With consent of all the parties, the controversy in hand, is adjudicated vide this common judgment, which shall be made applicable on mutatis mutandis basis.

3. It is submitted that at the time of cut-off dated i.e.

07.12.2022, the petitioners were not having RNC certificate which was operative and effective.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to confront the same, albeit, it is submitted that prior to the cut-off date or later to the same, the petitioners have applied for the RNC registration/ issuance of certificate. However, learned counsel for the petitioners are unable to controvert the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents.

5. In light of the above, relying upon the judgment encapsulated in Rai Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr. :S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.9429/2021 decided on 15.12.2021 and State of Rajasthan and Ors. Vs. Zaiba and Ors.: D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.252/2019 decided on 24.04.2020, the present batch of petitions are dismissed. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
