Mathur, for applicant Mr. Arun Sharma, Public Prosecutor Heard learned counsel for applicant as well as learned Public Prosecutor and with their assistance perused the material made available at the time of arguments. Taking note of nature of accusation for offence U/S 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 alleged in FIR-145/07 at Prevention of Theft of Electricity Police station Sikar and so also statements of Asstt. Engineer (Vig) and other team members, recorded U/s 161 CrPC, this Court is not inclined to enlarge applicant (Arjun) on pre-arrest bail U/s 438, CrPC. Consequently bail application is hereby dismissed. (Ajay Rastogi), J.
