Considering the akin controversy, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed that the present writ petition be decided in light of the Vikram Verma (supra). Considering the facts and circumstances of the instant matter, and considering the prayer so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this court deems it apposite to dispose of the present petition in light of the order passed in Vikram Verma (supra) and grants a liberty to the petitioners to submit their representation before the appropriate authority.
