2. Defects pointed out by the Registry are waived. The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of necessary directions to the respondent authorities to provide adequate security and protection to them, as they are facing grave threat to their life and liberty at the hands of private respondent(s).
Petitioners are present in person and they have been duly identified by their counsel.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that both the petitioners are major and have solemnized marriage on their own free will. Copy of marriage certificate dated 12.12.2024 has been annexed with the writ petition.
The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated
