The five cheques as per the following details have been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioners against the benefits due to 5 petitioners, legal representatives of deceased late Sh. The learned Counsel for the respondent – ESI Corporation further undertakes to continue medical benefits to the dependents of the deceased covered employee late Sh. Sumer Singh till they attain the majority as per the relevant provisions. The learned counsel for the respondent also sought exemption from personal appearance of the officer concerned Mr. B.C. Meena, who is said to be looking after his mother who is admitted in Fortis Hospital, in ICU, Jaipur. In view of aforesaid, exemption from personal appearance is granted.
