Operative part

HON'BLE MR.H.R.PANWAR,J. Mr.R.S.Gill, for the petitioner. By the instant criminal misc. petition under section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.74/2006, Police Station, Raisingh Nagar, Distt. Sri Ganganagar. A note below the petition has been appended by the counsel for the petitioner that no such criminal misc. petition has been filed in this case before this Hon'ble Court previously. The office has pointed out that by the very petitioner, a criminal case under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of very FIR has been filed on 3.10.2006. Thus, an incorrect statement has been made by filing a fresh petition while the earlier was pending. In the circumstances, therefore, the petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
